I am extremely happy with Glenda & Alliance Building Maintenance. After talking to many maintenance services for our office. Alliance Building Maintenance really stood out. When we did the walk around, Glenda pointed out things that needed to be cleaned that I hadn't even thought about (chair bases, monitors, etc.) and was very enthusiastic about getting it all done. Required up high cleaning that a personal lift could not be used.
They sent out a technician who promptly arrived. After a brief decision I was quite happy to have a demonstration on how they were able to reach two and a half stories up without using a lift. They were awarded the contract and we have been using them monthly.
