Our dilution control system ensures that all employees have correctly diluted products on site at all times. This method promotes worker safety and reduces training costs and wastage. Our strict inventory and budget systems also help control our costs. These savings are then passed on to our customers.
Our staff orientation program includes WHMIS awareness training, site tours, inspection reports and safety and security training. Alliance provides WHMIS awareness training to all new staff members and updates the staff of any new changes. We ensure that the staff are competent in dealing with the building’s security system and also ensure that they are aware of precautions to take in accordance with occupational safety “Working Alone” guidelines.
The staff can contact our Managers 24 hours a day in case of emergencies or for assistance. We commit ourselves to attracting the best employees, providing hands-on training and a safe working environment.
